Ross Molina Oliveros, P.C. is a San Antonio-based law firm that focuses on eminent domain, right-of-way and real estate litigation. Prior to establishing the firm, our attorneys practiced at the largest law firm in Central Texas. Based on that experience, our attorneys developed the expertise and understanding necessary to provide clients with sound advice, personalized service and exemplary results.
Our law firm partners with clients from the outset of any project and helps accomplish their strategic goals. Because our firm has experience representing both condemning authorities and landowners, we understand both sides of every issue and provide comprehensive guidance. We recognize that timely possession is essential to our clients, and work hard to provide immediate responses when any issues arise, day or night.
Our practice extends across the state of Texas and includes every facet of eminent domain, right-of-way and real estate litigation. We have worked on extensive oil and gas pipeline projects in South, East and West Texas; large-scale electrical transmission lines and water and sewer lines in Central Texas, including Austin, San Antonio and the surrounding areas; highway expansion projects in Northeast and Central Texas; and are preparing to participate in hundreds of miles of real estate acquisitions in West Texas.
Our attorneys are experienced at every level of eminent domain, right-of-way and real estate litigation, whether at special commissioners’ hearings (the administrative phase), the trial court level or on appeal. We also have provided research on cutting-edge legislative issues, including being asked by the Attorney General of Texas for advice on the landowner’s bill of rights promulgated by that office.
Our attorneys additionally have extensive experience in general real estate litigation. Our practice has allowed us to develop a strong foundation for any real estate litigation issue, including litigating easement rights, vested rights, lease disputes, real estate development issues, collections and general landowner/tenant issues.
