Prior to establishing the firm, our attorneys practiced at the largest law firm in Central Texas. Based on that experience, our attorneys developed the expertise and understanding necessary to provide clients with sound advice, personalized service and exemplary results.

We have worked on extensive oil and gas pipeline projects in South, East and West Texas; large-scale electrical transmission lines and water and sewer lines in Central Texas, including Austin, San Antonio and the surrounding areas; highway expansion projects in Northeast and Central Texas; and are preparing to participate in hundreds of miles of real estate acquisitions in West Texas.

Our attorneys have experience drafting and negotiating a broad variety of real estate transaction documents, including purchase and sale agreements, easements, leases, and title review. We also have provided research on cutting-edge legislative issues, including being asked by the Attorney General of Texas for advice on the landowner’s bill of rights promulgated by that office.
