L. Dan Eldredge, Jr.

Dan Eldredge has experience in several areas of the law including public law, eminent domain, real estate and related civil litigation. Mr. Eldredge is a former U.S. Air Force Judge Advocate (JAG) and assistant professor of law at the U.S. Air Force Academy.

Clients seek out Mr. Eldredge for the experience, perspective, and judgment that enable him to respond to a variety of legal issues. He assists governmental, homeowners association, other quasi-governmental, and private sector clients in navigating and resolving legal challenges, including those that require litigation. His experience includes contractual and construction issues related to tax credit funded real estate development, complex condemnation projects ranging from transmission lines to natural gas pipelines to roadway expansion, policy and governance documents for local governmental and quasi-government entities, and Tort Claims Act defense for a local hospital district.
