Ramon A. Molina
Ramon Molina has experience in eminent domain and real estate litigation. His knowledge and professional background provide him with the necessary skills for handling virtually any type of legal matter related to condemnation and/or real estate litigation. Mr. Molina regularly represents and counsels both condemning authorities and landowners on issues ranging from ensuring possession of all appropriate properties by a condemning authority to maximizing the value of a landowner’s property to obtain just compensation.
Mr. Molina’s experience has given him a good foundation and understanding for representing clients in a wide variety of real estate disputes, including determining easement rights, real estate development lawsuits, prescriptive or dedicated easement rights, vested rights litigation and lease disputes. He has represented clients in both Texas state court and federal court practices and procedures. Mr. Molina has received such honors as being designated a “Texas Rising Star,” one of San Antonio’s top “40 under 40” and received the San Antonio Young Lawyers’ Outstanding Young Lawyer Award.
