Morgan E. Luedtke
Morgan Luedtke represents governmental entities, common carriers, electric and gas utilities, and pipeline companies in real estate acquisition and condemnation proceedings. As part of this representation, Ms. Luedtke assists clients in general civil litigation and easement negotiations.
Prior to joining Ross Molina Oliveros, Morgan interned with Justice Himonas of the Utah Supreme Court where she helped draft and edit opinions as well as research complex legal issues. She also interned with West Valley City Attorney’s Office where she tried criminal cases, including a jury trial. Morgan was the President of the Trial Advocacy Team at BYU where she competed on BYU’s National Trial Team for two years.
In her spare time, Morgan enjoys cooking, baking, playing sports, and traveling.
