James (Jim) Oliveros Jim Oliveros has experience in a variety of litigation practices, including eminent domain, real estate, collections, general probate and construction law matters. More recently, clients have used Mr. Oliveros’ experience to manage large and small land acquisition projects. On one particular project, he reviewed title for more than 275 parcels of land, prepared acquisition documents, including easements, temporary work space and right-of-possession agreements, and worked with eight right-of-way agents to provide legal support throughout the project’s acquisition phase.
