A.A. Jack Ross, IV
Jack Ross has substantial litigation experience. He began his career and spent many years defending companies and individuals against a wide variety of tort and malpractice claims. While Mr. Ross is still active in tort and malpractice defense, he has more recently spent time as the leader in the largest firm in Central and South Texas’ Real Property/Energy Litigation practice. More specifically, Mr. Ross assists clients on matters related to eminent domain and civil litigation.
With two decades of experience handling right-of-way and condemnation cases, Mr. Ross is sought after for his experience on the eminent domain process and how best to handle cases for both condemning authority clients and landowner clients. Mr. Ross has represented public and private utility and pipeline companies in condemning land for various major projects, as well as represented condemnors and condemnees in roadway takings and other public improvement projects. His knowledge and experience enable him to handle any type of condemnation case or issue that may arise. Mr. Ross is called upon frequently to speak about condemnation and right-of-way issues at educational seminars and related industry meetings.
