Sandra L. Moreno
Sandra L. Moreno has represented individual and corporate interests in real estate, civil litigation, eminent domain and administrative law for eighteen years. Ms. Moreno focuses on abstracting, reviewing title, preparing closing documents, conducting commercial and residential closings, and drafting and negotiating easements. She began her career negotiating right-of-way easements for eminent domain purposes for the Texas Department of Transportation and has served as an administrative appeals judge with the Texas Workforce Commission.
