Skyler J. Perkes
Skyler Perkes represents common carriers, gas and water utilities, and governmental entities in various transactional and litigation matters, including easement negotiations, real estate acquisitions and condemnation proceedings. Mr. Perkes is a bioengineer turned attorney and enjoys finding creative ways to solve problems and find the best deal for his clients. Prior to joining Ross Molina Oliveros, Mr. Perkes worked for SirsiDynix, the world's leading library technology provider, negotiating license contracts. He has also helped entrepreneurs determine how to seek future protection of their inventions by performing patentability studies at the BYU Technology Transfer Office.
In his spare time, Mr. Perkes enjoys spending time with his wife and two beautiful daughters, hiking, camping, and playing or watching sports.
