Erin Bailey Moses

ATTORNEY

Erin Bailey Moses has extensive experience in land title review and upstream oil and gas transactions. She has represented entities in lease title review and disputes, purchase and acquisitions regarding leases and wells, and division of proceeds in pooled and unitized drill sites, as well as providing analysis of relevant law and administrative rules and proceedings. Further, Ms. Moses has experience in drafting and reviewing title opinions, real property instruments, and other title documents.

In addition to her experience as a land title attorney, Ms. Moses was trained in mediation and negotiation at the Straus Institute at Pepperdine University, with over 600 classroom hours, and has performed approximately 100 mediations. She also is an adjunct professor at St. Mary’s University School of Law, teaching negotiation, mediation, and client counseling as student demand requires.
