David J. Griffiths, Jr.

ATTORNEY

Mr. Griffiths represents common carriers, gas and water utilities, and governmental entities in various litigation matters, including real estate acquisitions and condemnation proceedings. With a background in research and writing, he enjoys crafting creative arguments that give his clients an edge in litigation proceedings. Prior to joining Ross Molina Oliveros, Mr. Griffiths interned with Judge Xavier Rodriguez of the United States District Court for the Western District of Texas, where he drafted orders pertaining to various civil disputes.

In his spare time, Mr. Griffiths enjoys spending time with his family, playing basketball, and watching sports.
