Patrick J. Oegerle, a native of Uvalde, Texas, has practiced law in South Texas for more than 15 years. His practice currently focuses on eminent domain transactions and litigation, but he has significant experience in negotiating oil and gas leases and related contracts, oil and gas royalty and title issues, mineral and royalty deed interpretation lawsuits, real estate transactions, bankruptcy, foreclosures, mechanic’s liens, and collections.
