Sandra L. Moreno
ATTORNEY
Sandra L. Moreno is an experienced real estate attorney with a strong background in resolving complex title issues. She began her career at the Texas Department of Transportation’s Right-of-Way Department and later trained under Austin attorney James H. Hudson, who introduced her to “standup title.”
Ms. Moreno went on to lead the title department at Aqua Water Supply Corporation, gaining extensive experience in easement negotiations and title reporting. She also worked with Alamo Title-Fidelity National Title, where she collaborated with title insurance underwriters, and later served as a real estate representative for a river authority, handling title review and landowner relations for large-scale transmission and renewable energy projects.
Ms. Moreno has a broad range of real estate acquisition and eminent domain experience and is actively working on several electric line and pipeline projects around the State of Texas.
In addition to real estate, Ms. Moreno practices probate law, handling complex heirship matters, and construction law.
