K.C. Purgason brings extensive experience in pipeline and utility right-of-way projects, having worked as a right-of-way specialist managing all aspects of easement acquisition efforts. Mr. Purgason worked for publicly traded pipeline companies, managing real estate for thousands of miles of existing pipeline assets and overseeing hundreds of miles of new pipeline acquisition in Texas and throughout the nation. He has led teams of right-of-way professionals on large-scale capital projects, working closely with engineering, construction, environmental, and legal stakeholders to keep projects on schedule. Mr. Purgason now brings this experience to represent pipeline, utility, governmental, and private landowner clients in a broad range of transactional and litigation matters, including easement negotiations, real estate acquisitions, condemnation proceedings, and other related real estate disputes.
